This is one of my favorite Chris Knight songs, "My Only Prayer", about a man wanting to get back home to his, and our, beloved state of Kentucky. Having spent time away from here, I can see why a feller would want to get back home to "The Bluegrass State" before he passed away in the concrete canyons of a big city far away. Thanks for posting. @freetickeys thanks for ur comment its one of my favs too..i got to see chris not far from where i live in pineville ky he was in corbin ky ..it was a thrill to see him because ive listened to his music seems like forever..

@tazzjp I posted about 10 songs from a CK show at the Depot in Corbin a couple of years ago, including a yet unreleased song, "Draw The Line".

@freetickeys thats when i saw him two years ago at the nibroc festival in corbin ..he was there last year too.but i didnt get to see him because of work..heard he might be back this year too not goin to miss him again ill be there if he is..lol
