A tribute to the Reverse Flashes: Eobard Thawne (Reverse Flash), and Hunter Zolomon (Zoom). Both dedicated to makinf The Flash's life a living hell, these guys are dangerous phsyicopaths who can potentially outrun the Fastest Man Alive.

@saidi7975 I see what you mean. Hunter is ultimately trying to serve good by helping Wally become stronger through tragedy, but he just does it in the wrong way... Zoom is a psychotic baby-killer, so I'll classify him as "evil".
