3rd goal probably didnt cross the line but england would have won 3-2 anyway.if the refree allowed lampards goals in 2010 then that would have changed the entire game.

@evropekon I think if Lampard's goal was in and the match was 2-2 I don't really think Germany would have won 4-1 wouldn't they? But i think they would have still won like 3-2 or 4-3
