Hey guys, today I'm going to be showing you how to make an application in the iPhone SDK that has a WebView, for websites, and a refresh button to reload those pages. Also, I will show you how to make it so the webpage reloads every time you open the application.

  • We wait videos for Xcode 4.2

  • Hey rybread421, I can't tell you how much this video helped me out, but now that I have upgraded to the new XCode Interface builder has changed dramatically. I was able to recreate everything fine up to the point where you drag and drop from the MainMain object to the webview in interface builder. It does nothing, the Outlets window won't pop up, and the round hourglass waiting thing is going and doesnt stop where I applied MainMian class to the object one step b4 that. can you help me?

  • Great vid! If you have some ideas on creating good typography in apps, because textview doesn't provide this (like fontcolor, fontstyle, fontsize). Keep up the good work!

  • You Rock good tuto!

  • THESE VIDEOS ARE AWESOME !!! MORE PLEASE !!! YOU ROCK :P

  • hey, i tried to make this but when i tried to build and run it, it showed this error: "'mainView' undeclared (first use in this function)

the problem is in the line with the url to youtube...

i don't know how to solve it :(

anybody knows how to solve it?

  • Maybe less reading what you type and actually explaining what you are doing?

  • @abarton02

I use a third-party browser on my iPhone, from the app store, so no, they accept it.

  • "iReplaced a PC"

That computer is a dumbass, and, ironically, it is a PC itself, as it is a "personal computer." Apple needs to do their research. Anyway, neat tutorial.

  • hey dude thank u so much this helped a lot. can u make a video on how to get youtube videos to where they flip over when you tilt your phone please. Becuase i hate having to watch my videos when they wont flip over. thanks
