@snowman72891 My friend, perception is reality. If you did not personally perceive or experience North Korea then your reality is not your own. Try to formulate your own opinion through your own efforts at the truth. Don't be so quick to swallow every bit of information that is spoon fed to you. The idea of Socialism and Communism sounds appealing, especially for the working class. I say first put an end to US Imperialism, then see who is our enemy.

why is North Korea scary? they are not threatening anyone with drones, daisy cutters, depleted uranium, sanctions, Guantanamo bay style prison, cruise missiles from aircraft carriers and on and on. they are not invading countries for oil. they are not sexually molesting airline passengers like TSA. they are not doing NAZI style profiling like homeland security. they don't posses the highest number of nuclear weapons in the world. they don't have homeless people like us. then why are they so bad?

First of all, one cannot "defect" from a free country. Second, Dresnok seems like a low-life scumbag who would have probably ended up in jail in the US.
