  • @FueledByDieselthey they left heui for a reason even modern companies are going for direct injection on their gas motors, more instant the pressure the better control and reaction at least thats what makes sense to me

  • @fixitluis The HEUI excuse can be used only for so long. We've heard all kinds of stuff from the Ford camp that common rail systems are coming or are already in use, along with mechanically injected conversions, etc.....Last I heard the WOP rail is now getting a Duramax.

  • @FueledByDiesel its not because of displacement reason , its more like the cummins is a bulletproof engine with a better fueling system. HEUI sucks compared to common rail

  • Interesting they couldn't get this to do what Scheid's rail has done, despite having two more cylinders, two more turbos and 1.4 more liters....I guess there is a replacement for displacement! :)

  • the truck was more badass

  • This was a test run. They just put it together the day before this. I believe it is a 7.3, but not the same as the white one. It has 4 turbos and a lot of fuel.

  • looks like he spun the tires at launch - coulda been better - is this the 7.3 from the white F250?
