http://www.thefruitarian.com - Here is the hard core reason why 811 works for hard core athletes (like myself). I am a guy who went from a 2:45 marathon PR to a 2:30 PR only switching to an 811 diet! No secrets here - it's so darn simple!

  • His extremely low body fat percentage can partly be attributed to being a marathon runner, but there is more to it than simply being a runner. Before he began the LFRV811 diet he was at 10% body fat and 10lbs heavier. Dropping that last bit was definitely directly caused by the change in diet.

    Perhaps you could benefit from making changes to your version of 811? Maybe add more exercise. Most everyone who goes on it and does it diligently sees great fat loss.
