It's one of my favorite songs on the OST ^_^ In English, the song title translates to "Tea and scones to the Son". Koucha is a word for a tea that is not native to Japan. Sukoon, is Scone and because they don't have a word for it in Japanese, they sound it out. "Bocchan" is another way to say "son". The other are just particles to help with the sentences structure. It's a great anime as well :P

@FluffyPonBomb "Ocha" does mean tea, but it's a term used for traditional Japanese tea. "Kocha," however, is used when referring to a foreign tea, like "Earl Gray." And then there's also "ryokucha," which is green tea.

I can imagine Sebastian waking Ciel up to a bright and early morning by opening the curtains,and later dressing him up and later serving him Earl Grey Tea,with scones to compliment his breakfast,apart from all the other delicious pastries and cakes that Sebastian makes for Ciel ^____^
