Melodeon Sesame Street's "I Don't Want to Live on the Moon"

Ernie's song, "I don't want to live on the moon" (from the old-school days of Sesame Street) has stuck with me since childhood. Today after work, I decided to sit down and play it by ear/from memory. I haven't heard the original recording in ages, so I may not have all the notes/verses down exactly. The instrument I'm playing (melodeon reed organ) is from around 1840.

What a beautiful and sweet sound. I love this melodeon ! It's a pity the few we have in Belgiuma re in museum's, and not in state for being played. Thanks for that nice moment ... and this part of history !
