STOP. THINKING. ABOUT. CALORIES! When a person is eating fewer calories than they're used to, their metabolism slows down, because your body is getting used to fewer amounts of calories, and adjusts to that. Losing weight gets increasingly more difficult. Try focussing on eating very few carbohydrates and more protein. Protein gives you a sophisticated feeling without the urge to eat, and fewer amounts of carbohydrates guarantee a fast metabolism. Excercising is also crucial with ANY diet.

You can have more calories if its pure clean nutrition like fruits and greens in smoothies and sprouted seeds. Never eat meats glutens refined and acidic foods etc

I disagree. Imagine eating 1 meal a day vs taking take same amount of food divided up into 5 meals throughout the day.

Good tips. Btw, I saw your response to the rude people first. I don't know what glasses those people are wearing, but they need a prescription update quick! You are not fat at all. You have an ample chest and a round face shape, but you aren't fat. I imagine those people would think I'm the good year blimp w/ over 80 lbs to lose, lol! I was wondering if maybe you lost a lot of weight before doing the rant response. But nope. Some people are just crazy!!!
