One of BF's finest solo efforts, matching the best of Roxy Music. TBSB is actually a watershed album is his career: it stands apart from anything he made before or after yet still manages to fit neatly into his entire body of work. Here he has discarded all of RM's initial sound but has not yet incorporated the elegant, refined sleekness of all his later material. Song craftmanship of the highest order..
