Is The Bible REALLY The Good Book? Part 2

ALL Christians need to listen to this vid. Caller gets stumped on simple yes/no questions because he cannot give the obvious answer because it would crush his entire belief system so he pauses, backs up, turns around and starts preaching on a different side-road. This is the BEST handling of a Christian's belief system I've heard in a while. Matt Dillahunty of the Atheist Experience doing what he do. :)

@ubathegreat So, how do you explain that every dictionary and encyclopedia on earth has the word "atheism" in it with an explanation that it means without god or those who do not believe in gods? @chica0616 You have done nothing more than restate my objections. NOTHING could merit eternal damnation, since justice is based on a sense of proportion. We don't electrocute people for parking offences or fine murderers,and everyone understands why. Yet if finite humans are tortured forever, Christians think that's ok. It's idiotic.

@vilgessuola You obviously couldn't do a better job, you fail to understand that without the knowledge of pain and suffering, we would never have an true appreciation for those blessings that we receive from God. "zapping" Satan doesn't make sense, for those that choose to do wrong on purpose there are grave consequences. Just as there are consequences for those that do wrong in this lifetime. rejection of an eternal sacrifice for "love" deserves an eternal damnation. Point Blank.

I make my presence unequivocally known. They need forgiveness? I just forgive em, no need to sacrifice my son and hope everyone will believe that somehow solves the problem. @vilgessuola Obviously you can't invent a more loving and just God, your entire being is flawed and unless you were perfect something would be wrong with the God that you create. The things that you know about life and love could probably fill up a Peanut Butter jar, so I doubt that anyone would want you to create a God for them including me. The reason that people reject God is because they make stupid decisions, such as the one that you made when you sent me your crazy comment.

@vilgessuola Your comment displays much ignorance, God created hell for satan, the one who hates you. You should fear disobedience to God, keep in mind that this terrible God that you speak of has your best in interest and only wants to deliver you from satans hands. Jesus Christ had to endure the worst torture to save us and because you deny this, your torture will be forever. God loves us eternally, the opposite of eternal love is eternal damnation. Is this your choice?
