I have been living in New Jersey for my whole life. My mom, Carrie, is an artist and has her own art store three blocks from our house. My dad passed away a few years ago. We haven't struggled much, but at times it's hard. I got my first cell phone at age 10 so my mom would know where I was. She may be overprotective, but I was satisfyed. My life was like a regulaur teen's until the day Denise came to my mom's shop.
Carrie: Lily! I need you to get me the watercolors and my easel!
I grabbed the items and rushed to my mom
Lily: This ok?
Carrie: Uh yeah!
Ring! The door swung open. A pretty woman walked in the door. She had curly, dark hair and was carring a basket full of veggies.
Carrie: Hi! I'm Carrie. How can I help you?
Denise: Uh, my son
My mom cut her off
Carrie: For school? Uh-huh. I have just the stuff.
My mom helped Denise out while I texted my best friend Ali
( Ali: real bff )
I might add this was before the Jonas Brothers were famous.
So really that was when the Jonas Brothers became my really good friends
