Rachel Maddow recently claimed that the proposed card check bill guarantees secret-ballot elections, asking whether opponents of the legislation had read the bill. In fact, it's Ms. Maddow that hasn't read the bill - here's the proof from Andrew Langer and the Institute for Liberty!
