Hey Aufklarung, howcome you let so many people post your video? why didn't you only give permission to one guy so that we can get an accurate amount of how many people actually see it?

That would be me actually. Back when youtube was new I asked if I could put it up, he said sure. Everyone else has put it up after me. Go ahead and check the date against the others.

But this is youtube, if there isn't 1000 videos all repeating the same thing then it just isn't right.

Not exactly sure we'll be using MWLL as an NBT league. The admins aren't really interested in it.

well most people wouldn't enjoy saying they designed one thing remotely similarly to another. but If im wrong then *beg forgiveness*. but the way I look at it is: If you can take a mech, then add crap to it and make it look like another without too much effort, that constitutes as similar. just build a model of it with like fiberglass or something, then add / subtract till you get something else.

The Cyclops came to be in the early 80s. The Thor and Loki didn't come until later. In fact the Clans borrowed a lot from Inner Sphere designs when they created their omnimechs, so you will see similarities.

Anyone remember those netmech simulators, clusters of 4 "sim" machines at arcades, basically running MW2 on a lan? Remember all the guys who got together with their patches, gear and rulebooks and would play battletech while waiting their turn on the machine?

Auf is considered by many to do the best music mecha videos. I certainly don't know of any better. And this one is considered by many to be his best work. I know of one I happen to like better, but I don't have permission to post it to YouTube.

I may post it anyway, even though I would have to dig it up first.

I miss strapping into a multi-ton nuclear powered war beast and taking those long walks. Those were good days. (aka IronWarrior)
