  • for the pk roll keep your right arm more rigid when u roll down it. for control. and come out of the roll more on your side so you're rolling across your butt/thigh instead of the hip bone..hope it helps :) nice halftwist at the end btw

  • do you mean keep the arm straighter or just stronger? i'll experiment with that thanks

  • Man, I really like your flags. Really nice! Just keep doing a lot of ab and arm workouts and you'll be able to hold them much longer. Also, I don't think your touchdown raizes are that bad. I'd recommend learning regular raizes before touchdowns, or even before raizes all together learn gumbis. To tell you the truth I think your 540s aren't very good. Rather than that run into it learn a tornado kick first and when you're ready to do one just do a tornado kick and land on the kicking leg.

  • @Xophein0527 thanks, that was really helpful. I think my 540 kicks have already gotten better, with no run. i was looking at videos of gumbis and it looks like that could really help so i'll give it a shot, thanks again.

  • @TKParkour i do have to ask though, when you do big gaps over concrete, does the roll hurt at all? cause i still can't do it with nearly as much drop or momentum as you.

  • @TKParkour yea, my roll is much much better, as is everything else in this video... I do prefer to do it from a bit of a drop or gap, and i occasionally clip my shoulder still, so they're not perfect, but they're coming along. The only thing in this video i still can't do well are those damn touch down raizes!

  • looks like you already have the flag.

  • Hey, no problem. I'm glad to help. I'm a pretty experienced tricker so if you need any help with other moves i'll be glad to help.
