the toeboard thing in warm ups isnt that big of deal i saw a video where brian oldfield said he would warm up at 84 feet when he wasn t trying to stay in the circle

Hmm, well I highly doubt 71 feet.... and to tell you the truth, he is using discus footing. I would know. I throw shot put, discus, and javelin for my school. (threw with varsity at the age of 12)

@kcvcramer Randy threw 71 feet as a 19 yr old in this video....went on to be the world record holder at 75'10'' , still stands 19 rs later...he IS the best ever.
