transgender - an umbrella term to generally mean anyone in the trans-community or anything trans-related
transsexual- a transsexual is a transgendered man or woman.
You can use "transgendered" and "transsexual" interchangeably *most* of the time. like "transsexual woman" or "transgendered woman" etc.

@DaFawky oh, okay. See, I used them interchangeably but mostly used "transgender" but the video I posted was originally a video response to someone's video where she was talking about terms like that...I think but I just was wondering what exactly the words mean. I guess I could look it up but I just thought I'd like to get it directly. I don't think my video ever got approved as a video response though.../shrug
