In the past week, two friends of mine have both been told by the Doc they have B12 deficiencies and put on a course of B12 injections. Both of them have always eaten meat and fish.

The 'China Study' book has been rightly trashed by just about everyone, not just "some blogger". For eg, check out Chris Masterjohn's article on the book.
He's about to complete his PhD in Nutritional Science.

I gave up on Kevin Gianni long ago. He is wishy washy on his dietary beliefs. The only thing good about his channel was his wife but that wasnt enough to copntinue listen to that hack.

Harley I have to disagree about the weed and mushrooms. Both can give profound spiritual experiences with literally 0 side effects. They were put on earth for humans to enjoy, just like fruit and veg were.

Dude, I'm amazed u reply to most comments here. First - ur awesome. Second, PLEASE make a video response to "SecretsOfLongevity" 's video titled "The Fruitarian Myth (Part 1 of 2)" and part 2 of 2. U are excellent in pausing in their videos and examining claims that u believe are false. His strongest argument is "our small intestines are >twice size of our large intestines." He attributes this to our evolution of diet from fruitarian to omnivore. Please watch at least pt 1 and tell what u think

to the average person like myself, the daily requirement of protein is a huge mystery, i have heard everywhere from 1 gram to .25 grams per pound of lean body mass. seems like these studies were conducted just to confuse people.
