I much prefer the original and Opeth's cover, but it's good to see Metallica paying tribute to the TRUE gods of metal.

i dont get maiden fans on the original video for this song...they are tearing metallica apart . This is an amazing cover with metallica showing great respect to maiden...bunch of idiots

okay i love this song, but metallica is the only other band worthy enough to cover an even more epic song such as Hallowed Be Thy Name or rime of the ancient mariner, but maybe james realized he'd sing di'anno's vocals better than Dickenson's which makes sense. IDK still, i just wish they played a more epic song.
