MLB 2K11 glitch: Too many players on the field

I was playing season mode when Rich Harden would get hurt on a pitch. He would get Kevin Youkilis out. However as I replaced Harden, he didn't leave the field. Instead, he crouched down on the mound in pain. Youkilis also stayed in the batter's box as if he was leaning up against the dugout railing. I played along and the game went on as if nothing was wrong. Very strange.

In nba live 10 there's a player on the nuggets, white dude with tall peacock hairdo. Don't know his name but when he crosses half court his hair goes from blonde to black.
