I took off the stock strings and threw them in the trash ...bought Beatle Bass strings..cost about $40 a set..but well worth it.

Awesome shakey. only been playing bass for 1 month? That's great. I like the Beatles stuff . I tough Beatles' song on bass is "I Her Standing There" Give it a try.

@leonpal14 The speed is definitely a major part of the difficulty. I am not a bass player but have been around bass players that have played it. Just a cool bass riff and like you say the speed it tough.

please do use the orignal flatwounded Höfner strings for the 500/1 beatles bass
