  • @keepitcrunk96zj 2:10 he does put some oil on.

  • wish i had great tools and the knowledge to use them... like this guy...

  • get a bridgeport and plunge a equal diameter mill bit into it

  • geeze man. steel+speed=bad. Go slower, and use some cutting oil. you'll be surprised how much longer your hole saws will last

  • Excellent demo. I often use a chopsaw to notch tubing. It is NOT as accurate but it does work without the cost of a good notcher.

  • i like this but would use a lathe so theres less vibes, but a great idea

  • The key is to have a ridged set up and to go slow. And yes some hole saws are better then others. I've had some that started to break off teeth starting with the fist cut and others I have used a number of times and they still look like new.

  • of course it side loads the cutter, thats why you got slow and easy. the Blue Blu-Mol hole saws are by far the best, each saw will last about 15-20 copes ina 1.5" .095 4130. maybe more maybe less. that depends on you.

  • I have the same problem, The cutters I have keep binding up

  • how does this not side load the cutter? Its only cutting on one side of it.
