Got the exact same set up on my 05 suburban. Your truck sounds dope.
I think what helped mine sound loud was that i have a air raid intake throttle body spacer and a superchips programmer

Did you have the stock cats on there?

@NDchevyguy how do u like those flowmasters.. i was going to go with flowmasters until my mechanic buddy told me they really restrict the exhaust flow.. do u seem to have any problems like this? so i went with a 3 inch strait pipe hollowed out the cats, and went with some off brand chrome glasspacks and 3.5 inch tips the glasspacks really pops with the 3 inch exhaust. aside from that . u have one nice sounding z71.also did u do it yourself or have a shop do it?

So how much did this set up cost? Cause it sounds pretty beastly but I might get super 44's.

Where does your exhaust split and where did you put your 2nd muffler? Looking for ideas to run true duals.
@tbrd180
I still have the stock cats and headers. They pop a little when I'm going down a steep hill, but it's not bad.
@dimmuborgir6nik6
From the factory it comes off the headers into the cats and then it goes into a Y pipe and goes to the muffler and then out. I took off the Y and have 2.5" pipe all the way back. The flowmaster mufflers sit right beside eachother straight up and down (no room otherwise) and they are about in the same location as the stock muffler.
