Southend FC currently are in a situation where they may have to vacate their soccer gound "The Rosebowl" as is part of the Limerick Regeneration Project .See http://www.limerickregeneration.ie/

They are hoping that they would be relocated to a new ground within the community.We hope for their sake and for all what we have seen in Video above that this would happen sooner than later.Amenities are a very important social support in communities.

the kids had a great day pity it was just a once off, it does't cost much and it brings the community together, more of this please, we had a playground growing up there, but it got demolished because of claims and such, sign of the times i guess, kids get bored sort it out regeneration starts with the kids

I used to Live in Carew park, and every year we used to have an annual football game much the same as this! Girls and Boys, Im now 26 and I have loads and of pics from the limerick leader who was there one year to take the pics. Fun memories.
