Eric Cantor Caught Tweeting During Obama Sniping At Bush

At one point in President Obama's address to Congress on health reform, he explained how it would be paid for. In doing so, he said that "too many initiatives over the last decade" -- the Bush administration -- 'were not paid for," thus contributing to a "trillion-dollar deficit" he got when he entered the White House.
