Gran Turismo 5 Triple Screen Setup with Visionracer VR3 driving Formula Gran Turismo Cars

2nd test of GT5 with a triple screen setup. Hardware used is:
3x 60GB first edition ps3's
all hard-wired into a switch - as over wifi there was some slowness in framerates and even some locking up.
3x copies of GT5
Visionracer VR3 racing seat with custom triple screen monitor mount
3x Acer 3D LCD's
Logitech G27 racing wheel with pedals
Logitech X530 5.1 speakers with Sub

Way too expensive. I would just buy a high end gaming PC and run 3 monitor Surround or Eyefinity with tons of games.

Is this the only way to play GT5 with triple screens? That is very very expensive to say the least...; 3x playstation 3 = ± € 750,00, 3x GT5 = ± € 180,00, 3x LCD's = ± € 1000,00....
