No, they were ribbing him the whole time and TM didn't realise it until late in the show. They played those LIAR clips, and turned his mic off. Personally I think its funnier that this shit is going on unbeknownst to us the listeners, every now and then you hear them laughing quietly which makes it so much more real than hosts who make a big spectacle. Plus these guys dont want to embarrass or bury the guy they just have no idea when a guest is goiing to turn out to be a douchebag.
