はなまるマーケット流「油揚げのトッピング」です。カリカリっとした油揚げの食感がとろーりとした粥の味わいをひきたてて、ほんとうにおいしかったです。後、ザーサイと高­菜とネギをトッピングに使いました。出汁を作るとき、生姜を少し入れるとさらに体を温めてくれます。
