  • hey how did the nose bend without breaking?

  • you just gotta be gentle while bending the foam and gluing it to the stringer.

    on this one, the nose split a little bit when bending it. doh!!!

    I hit it with a little extra Gorilla Glue to "fix it", and continued with it for the video's sake. it doesn't look pretty as it could, but it'll still be strong and function.

    it split where there was a gouged/weak spot...that's what I get for using junk/scrap foam.

  • I haven't glassed this one yet.

    but the last one I made the same way...it's killer.

  • You could've cut the centreline first, then put the 2 bits together andd cut both sides at once?
