  • Butwink!

  • Dude you are flattening your back!!!!

  • back rounding :(

  • good form

  • It's not lower back rounding, it's the "nutation of the pelvis" to use the prevailing jargon. Again, it's fine.

  • Yep, it depends on limb length and squat type. What is important is when the knees move. It's dangerous to have knees sliding forward at the very bottom of the squat (gets weight up on toes, shearing force on knees). Weight on heels, weight above mid-foot always.

  • knees past toes is a myth i guess? as long you keep the heels down with the weight on them, it is fine. just look at olympic weightlifters. period.

  • Knees past toes here isn't a problem (unless you go a lot more past your toes) but the problem I see with this squat is lack of hip flexibility which causes him to round his lower back at the bottom. That's how it looks to me and as such it's something that needs to be corrected asap.

  • umm knee's past toe's is not fine it actually will cause ur tendons 2 lengthen which will then lead 2 him blowin his knee's out..nd his sry ass wont b squatin anymore

  • Hai guise, his squat form is great. Knees past toes is fine. End of discussion.
