Paciente de 26 años de edad, primer embarazo que solicita una ecografía trans-vaginal debido a un sangrado vaginal de 2 días de duración, de mediana intensidad y sin dolor en la región pélvica.
La fecha de última regla normal es el 8 de agosto de 2008
En el video observamos la ecografía transvaginal tomada el día de hoy 22 de Octubre de 2008, el útero de tamaño aumentado con saco gestacional en su interior, el cual es de bordes regulares. No solución de continuidad. Se observa embrión y el saco vitelino (4.8 x 3.7 mms)
La decidua, a nivel de la implantación embrionaria, presenta un área de 13.0 mms con ecogenicidad algo disminuida.
Se observan y auscultan latidos cardíacos embrionarios los cuales son rítmicos y regulares. FCE = 160 x minuto.
Se observa el embrión. Longitud Cráneo-Rabadilla (LCR) = 21.7, correspondiente a 8.6 semanas de gestación.
Medidas del Saco Gestacional: 38.2 x 34.5 mms
La conclusión: Amenaza de aborto debido a Factores endocrinos . Feto viable

Fetal cardiac pulsation can be clearly observed. We can see a visible heartbeat and observed and auscultated.
The heart rate is 160 per minute (bpm) which are rhythmic and regular.
The Crown-rump length (CRL) is 21.7 mms, and the mean Gestational sac diameter is 38.2 mms, corresponding to 8.6 week of gestation.

The conclusion: It threatens of abortion due to endocrine disruptors. Viable fetus.
