Samuel Koo leads the Seoul Tourism Organisation and Convention Bureau, the agency responsible for one of Asia's fastest rising business events cities. He is also currently the Chairman of Culture and Tourism Committee of Presidential Council on Nation Branding. Starting as a reporter with The Korea Herald, Seoul, Samuel has navigated his career through leadership positions with UNICEF, United Nations, and Arirang Television/Radio (Korea). He has also chaired the Commission on International Relations Korean Olympic Committee.
