I served on the soberton until she was decommisioned, also spent time on the blackwater,middleton and the atherstone but the ton boats where always my favourite (apart from the horrendous bloody wheel in the wheelhouse !!)

OK Crash - this is the very, very watered down version of what went on. However - should you put up a more realistic set of pictures I will come and find you.... But what a bloody good deployment!!!!

I did a few months on Iveston way back in 1987/88 great crew and skipper - ah those were the days. Get that dan bouy rigged, Muppets were the best!! - AB(MW)Tweedie
