This tutorial shows you how to map your own walking, jogging or running route on WalkJogRun.net to figure out how my many calories you burned, how fast you were going or how long it may take you to run it. We'll cover how to start the route, add points, drag the map around, move points (including adding new points to the middle of the route), remove points and lastly how to save it.
