@jennifer1009 You should have good fats with every meal and especially before you go to bed for muscle recovery. Don't have any good fats 45 mins before and after the gym. Thats the only rule.

I like how you both talk about saturated, unsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. Not all fats are bad...in fact there are good fats that are good for your body such as what they mentioned: Avocado.
