In this video, we take you through some of the good fats that you can purchase at your local grocery store.

In order for the body to use fat for energy rather than storing it, you must include good fats in your diet. The specific type of fat you put into your body is very important. Of course, the timing of when to eat these fats as well as the specific amount of fat is key as well.

  • I like how you both talk about saturated, unsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. Not all fats are bad...in fact there are good fats that are good for your body such as what they mentioned: Avocado.

  • @jennifer1009 You should have good fats with every meal and especially before you go to bed for muscle recovery. Don't have any good fats 45 mins before and after the gym. Thats the only rule.
