Like my instructor used to say, in a good landing you walk away, a great landing you can fly the airplane again.

Agree, that wasn't a bad landing at all. You should go look at some my vids trying to land a PA-12 in xwind :)

That was quite a sink rate but it's better than floating, especially on a fairly short runway like that one. How did you like Ocracoke? I'm thinking of flying there this spring.

Ocracoke is great. recommend you go. Call Howard's Pub on the CTAF and they will come pick you up. Great food! Too bad you can't have a beer.
