  • @BlazeSamurai23 'Cause the composer, Motoi Sakuraba, did the music for both games. And all his music sounds really similar.

  • Why do I hear Baten Kaitos music?

  • 34234

  • Classic Sakuraba. All his battle themes sound so samey, but it works...

  • @warior98 Unfortunately, they no longer have the money to advertise them, even though they should've a while ago. :/ We just have to wait.

  • @zRipItUpz

Well that's the thing, Tales of ***** aren't games you buy randomly at the store like Halo or Call of Duty. Almost all the sales are made first week. In North America, they are more underground than NIS or Atlus' games (no publicity! come on Namco!). Vesperia did not sell more than 50k in North America... Tales of Symphonia was highly advertised and one of the rare RPG on the gamecube, so it sold a lot. For the other games, they just didn't market them. T

  • @zRipItUpz Oh well thats better :D just gotta keep my fingers crossed ^_^

  • @jeanget Actually, those statistics are wrong. Vesperia XBOX360 sold 71k copies in Japan on the first day, and 33k copies on the first day in america, with many more that came afterwards. So it isn't really a matter of how well it sold, more like a matter of the current money crisis they're having. If they manage to pull through, though, they might consider to start localizing Tales games here again, though, so there is still hope.

  • @soonzhing i see, well i still want it to come out, just cuz those facts say that they won't sell, i can still hope ^^

  • @jeanget

the Tales series had not been selling well ever since Destiny came out which is why Namco Bandai had stop making them.

Since the latest Tales of Vesperia sold only 30,000 copies world wide while 50,000copies in japan alone.
