Being a Norse pagan myself I do believe Thor, Odin, Freya etc. actually hears my prayers and answers them in some form of fashion.

@WeaponSamurai This is Asatru, related to Odinism, but not the same, Odinism has some ideals that can be considered racist & militaristic, while Asatru is a lot more laid-back and peaceful.

I am Icelandic and Pagan. Paganism is folkish and always has been, its just few multiculturalists that now try to destroy the Icelandic Ásatrúarfélag from inside.

These traitors try to cause a split by bringing theirleftwing-politics into the Ásatrúarfélag wich is wrong.

These people are traitors within a flock. What could be worse than that. 14/88

@Sabei0990 I don't believe the Vikings themselves were nice people (though they were f*cking awesome anyway), and Asatru predates the Vikings by far. The Vikings are just what made Asatru popular, since in popular culture it's tied to them.

But yes, the Vikings were definetely a lot more tolerant than our modern "leaders" (or masters, if you want to be grammatically correct).

@krisjonsson Anyone who says any form of Paganism has anything to do with Nazi-ism, I ask them ... "What do you think of the fact that Hitler was Christian? What about Bin Laden being a Muslim? Or Alfred Kinsey being an Atheist?". Give or take depending on his/her particular faith/lack of. See if they give the same kind of response.

IMO, if there is an "inferior race", neo-nazi's are among them, as they're just dead Hitler's grunts.
