SOLUTION TO THIS:
PUT THE PUMP ON A FAN CONTROLLER OR LOWER THE SPEED OF THE PUMP. On some motherboards it puts the pump at like 5400RPM which is iridiculous, lower it at 1000 rpm and you wont hear anything. performence wont be affected.

Hey, did you end up getting a replacement for this? Mine makes exactly the same noise and can be heard from around 2m away through the case which is lined with acoustic foam.

@Blackdragon010 Maybe because your other fans on your system are working. And probably you cant hear it because the H50 is installed so the bracket holds the cooler tight so it doesnt make that shaky noise. But im sure that is normal.

Is the noise coming from the pump or the fan???

I have that on my pc and it doesn't sound like that. has it not been dropped in transit or sumthing?
