  • @Edmundosdaughter so glad you like this , one of the few recordings of your fathers thats yet to be seen on CD. been a fan of the great man since the early 70's . Send my regards to Edmundo next time you speak !

  • fantastic lyrics for 1952,cant stop laughing,

gonna dig some more of this guy out, young jessies it wont happen no more is another great song showing that women are nothing but trouble,i mean that with humour. thanks for comment on zambesi

  • Hi Boogie woogie ,Edmundo Ros WAS latin American music in Europe in the 1950's and had his own radio show and west end Club. He recorded for over 30 years but the 1950's stuff is probably the place to look for his novelty /Calypso Kitschy stuff if you like this one.thanks for the kind comments

  • @romanyman I used to listen to my grandmother's records from the '50's, I can remember one of Edmundo's songs - One at a time, another, Under the willow tree and " One sol a goose" or something like that, do you know any of these?

  • Hi two9parkave , "one at a time" was another calypso and "one sol a goose" is infact "Cuanto le gusta" . Great songs and now avaliable on cd . Not sure about "willow tree" but the other two are very popular things.
