its a band organ, no small task to build and not that many of them anymore, a very period peice, though you see them at fairs, and carnivals, and historical places, saw one for two years at a car auction in Auburn Indiana, build by the Stinson Organ company of Ohio which is the next state east of us.

It seems to have (at least over YouTube) a rather Dutch sound, doesn't it? Or maybe that's just the arrangement.
