Lisa and David Wedding in Hawaii on Oahu

I love the beautiful turqouse color of the Hawaiian beaches, but I heard the southwestern side of the island is the place to be for sunset pictures. I want an early afternoon wedding ceremony so I suppose we could have the ceremony anywhere and then just go to another location for some sunset photographs. My other main concern would be rain and strangers being in close proximity to the wedding.
Other things I would like in the wedding:
My favorite flower are those pink stargazers, but I also love those yellow flowers (I think they are plumerias). I think the tourqoise which is one of my favorite colors really adds a nice balance to everything to match the ocean.
a) If possible I would like to add some sand dollars with each individual person name written on it attached to the ribbon on the chairs under the flower. I can buy these myself if needed and mail it to you/bring it with me for the wedding.
b) I'd also would like parasols/fans for the guests for the heat. This I can also buy separately if need be.
c) If possible maybe add some lava rock, real or artificial to the beginning of the flower carpet. I've seen a few pictures of previous wedding you have done where this was added and it looked beautiful.
d) I am planning on making programs to be placed in each chair for the guests for the wedding ceremony.
2) We would like a male officiant if possible
a) We want to write our own vows
b) and have a prayer read for my grandfather.
3) We want the conch shell sounded before I go down the "aisle" and a ukulele person playing the music. If not to expensive, maybe also a harpist.
4) We want to do the unity sand as part of our ceremony
a) The colors if possible would be a tourqoise for me and either a dark green or dark blue for my husband. If it would make it simpler/cheaper I can go and get my own vase and sand.
5) We want to release the two doves at the end of the ceremony.
6) Photography:
a) We want the wedding ceremony photographed (not sure how long they normally are)
b) Then afterward photos with the family/friends who attended
c) Then pictures of me and my husband by the ocean, on some rocks, maybe near some trees, writing stuff in the sand, and for sure some sunset pictures.
(Are all the photographs going to be placed on a thumb drive/cd with quality good enough for me to make very large prints?)

1) When we first were dating, he took me to the Big Island for our first vacation together. His favorite part was hiking at the Volcano park.
2) His R&R back in April this year from Iraq.
3) Him coming home for R&R.
