  • steroids my ass. basic barbell lifts+food. squat bench dead standing press and some sort of upper body pull. 5000+cals a day. train 3/4 days a week. you will put on size really fucking fast. there you go kids i just gave you the secret.

  • Frank looked great, he didn't look like a puffed up body builder, he looked like a guy who lifts heavy things and has the actual functional muscle rather than being ripped, I think it was a good experiment for him, he has always been a mid-sized heavyweight, he never had the speed/cardio that smaller HWs like Cain V who fights at a relentless pace have, so I think its better to move up for him rather than down.

  • @Fisticuffer245 just look for reviews online of gyms like this near you. personal training like this is expensive and is a SERIOUS commitment. you can buy those body shields online at most mma websites. i know this is general info but i hope it helps :)

  • hes all talkin shit here, of course he built up muscles with weight and speed training so he could use them unlike a bodybuilder, BUT for most people there is a genetic maximum even in that, u have brock lesnar he stays fast and everything and u have frank mir here, who got absolutly raped by carwin when he weighted this 265 pounds, thats why he cutted weight againt to become faster and more agile after that
