@moviecritic6 well thats an odd loophole, so all i have to do to draw a lost games is forget to exchange my piece tthen i can insist on a draw, what about if im playing mr kasprov and i accidently move my pawn up 3 squares would i then also get a draw ?

you cat draw because you forget to put the queen for the pawn ??? surely it would either be a loss or ignored by an honest opponent not a draw that makes zero sence what if i playy kasparov tommorow and i forget to do this do i get a draw with kasparov ??
