VT-1 Gym has the second video in the Muay Thai and MMA striking series, using a heavy bag and batons. This drill goes over some slipping and bobbing and weaving. Hope it helps and tune in next week for the third in the series.
I do it without a partner, you can get these large batons which are usually used as pool toys, foam water noodles (you can get them from places like walmart, cheap as chips), you can tape that around your punching bag with duct tape, push the bag and you've got a bag you can slip, bob, weave and duck under.
