    That 1200 model costs $12,000! It be nice if they just sold the BeyondRAID software only so I can just install it on a regular rackmount for a lot less money. Does anyone know of a similar RAID system I can get my hands on?

    400 bucks plus having to buy the hardrives plus drobo care (I will personally need drobo care) is a big price to swallow
