@maiki60fps All is converted to crt on my cabinet, the old games look real great, i don't see the problem. the emulators on the xbox run very well.
virtual console would suck on a arcade cabinet, because before you get to that menu you have to use the wii remote. Buttons of the classic games could be converted, but i wanna start the arcade and play as soon as possible. Don't need no commercial nintendo product for this.

@LanIost So why there are dozens of classic games compilations for Xbox then... all supposed to be running at 15kHz progressive modes... the first revisions of Xbox even have onboard TV video encoders like Conexant that have built-in 240p and so modes... BUT MS SDK does not support them!!! All the emulators and classic games would look miles better on real CRT with this low-res capability... BTW PS2 can also output true low res (mainly due to PSX comp.)

Uhm, the xbox wasn't planned to have anything like Virtual Console.
There was no reason on a 'modern' system to have support for anything under 480i. Are you crazy?

One thing I dont like about the Xbox - it does NOT output low-res 15 kHz modes like 240p. All you get is 480i/576i with very noticable flickering OR blurred filtering. I dont say it is impossible to output on Xbox, only the MS SDK emulators do not use that since it is not oficially supported. Shame on MS!!! - look at VIrtual Console on Wii with full correct support of progressive modes.
