Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.

My wife just had the roux en y gastric and videos like yours show what the future can be. It's a health issue folks not a vanity issue .

Hi, You should try intellectus 424 diet (Google it). I dropped a lot of unwanted weight it is the best diet I have ever tried.

i'm having my surgery in July and i'm only 15 but i'm very very very Overweight.. and that sucks.. i hope to be like you one day :) you look great, before and after!
