  • My goal is to lose 50 pounds in 8 months....hmmm here we go

  • here are some good combination of apps that go well with it...(if you them) daily ab workouts, daily arm workouts and daily leg workouts, all three are different apps(free and for buy),they helped me.

  • i lost over 40 pounds with the app. 10 to go, it´s just an amazing app!

  • I cant find the app in app store on my phone...

  • @Fanie96 i know how you feel! im so happy for you! youre just like me loool

  • @BDpartnercoJM You're correct

  • This app really freakin worksss. Ive struggled with my weight my WHOLE life and this is the only thing thats working bc i can still eat what I want, just less of it. I set it kinda strict like 1,327 calories a day and lost 30+ lbs in a little over three months :D I do get really hungry from so little calories but this helps me not to overeat. Its a godsend, truly.

  • I have a question....

My approximate BMR (How many calories your body naturally burns in a day) is about 2100. My current plan limits me to about 1900, meaning my body should naturally burn about 200 calories a day, right?

Now, if I stay, maybe 300 calories under my calorie limit, will I have burned 500 calories for that day?

  • @Fanie96 Im so happy for you :D i just downloaded the app today wish me luck :D

  • This looks good. There are too many food apps that don't let you enter your previously eaten meals.
